Schedule
Good code, good company, and time to enjoy both. We'll build together during the day and make room for getting to know each other along the way. We're planning evening activities like board games and karaoke, with plenty of chances to chat, laugh, and unwind.

Here's a rough idea of the schedule for February 1-3, 2027. We'll balance focused project time with breaks, conversations, and socializing. Evening activities are optional, so join in or recharge at your own pace. More details will follow as we get closer to the event.

- 10:00-11:00am - Team Formation and Setup (note: we'll send out projects ahead of time so you can clone down and get them running ahead of time)
- 11:00-12:00pm - Team Norming and Project overviews by team leads
- 12:00-1:00pm - Lunch
- 1:00-5:30pm - Coding! We encourage pairing and mobbing.
- 5:30-Late - Dinner, drinks, socializing!
